SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

SHIPPING Impact Dimensions, LLC offers a variety of different delivery schedules; standard ground, second day air or next day air delivery. We have integrated our store with UPS and are showing shipping rates in real time. These rates are based on published UPS rates using the size and weight of the package. Depending upon the quantity, size and total weight of the items ordered, additional shipping fees may be applicable. You will be contacted prior to shipment if any additional fees are required for your order.

Shipping Information

*PLEASE NOTE: For all shipping operations & customer service, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

*Using your email, UPS will send you a confirmation of shipment and a tracking number.

*Overnight and 2nd Day Orders placed after Noon will go out the following day unless a verbal or email confirmation has been made. Please call 1-800-209-3647 if you need special shipping assistance.

*Store Customer Service is available Monday-Friday 8:30am till 5:30pm eastern standard time.

*Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

*Heavier weighted orders may have additional shipping charge.

Standard Shipping:

Merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days after the order is received. Orders are shipped via UPS. Please give a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

2nd Day Shipping:

Merchandise orders placed before Noon (Monday-Friday) will be sent 2nd Day and will be delivered in two business days. Please give a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Overnight Shipping:

Merchandise orders placed before Noon (Monday-Friday) will be sent Overnight and will be delivered the next business day. Please give a street address, as UPS will not deliver to a P.O. Box.

Please call us at 1-800-209-3647 (8:30am-5:30pm EST) for shipping to Canada or out of the Continental United States in reference to shipping cost and delivery.

CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Cancellations: Orders are sent to our warehouse for shipping immediately after you place your order; therefore, if you would like to cancel your order, please call customer service as soon as possible.
